We understand that plans can change. This policy explains how rescheduling and cancellations are handled for sessions booked with Family Nutrition Center.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule an appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled session.
Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Shows
If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session may be considered used and non-refundable.
